About Pie Bee Hosts 2017

Host a late summer party to make pies for the Ellis Hollow Fair! This is one of our biggest fundraisers and a community tradition. All you need is counter space, utensils, and people to invite (friends, family, coworkers, neighbors?).

We provide all the fruit, standard sized pie tins and boxes, can find you freezer space and bakers if needed, and we will reimburse you for all your pie crust ingredients. If you need tips and recipes, we can give you those too!

Your group makes bulk pie crust, rolls and fills the pies, freezes them if you're making them early, or have them baked right away (by you or others) if you're making them the Friday before the Fair. And you make sure they all arrive at the Fair by noon on Saturday.
