About 2018 Blackbird Benefit Auction Team

Eighth Blackbird is looking for a flock of fabulous volunteers to help us run our most ambitious biannual benefit yet on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at The Ivy Room (formally the famous River North live/work artists space Tree Studios).

We will need help organizing a small but exciting live auction, follow up with guests and sponsors and help setting up, greeting guests and load out on the day.

It will be fun, classy and full of music!

Assist Director of Development in securing items for three or four fabulous packages: staycations and trips. Create mini website for items and descriptions for the event. Assist live auctioneer on the day.
