About Reading Rocks Volunteer

Volunteers assist kids in finding books and listening to students read or reading to them during the summer program. Reading Rocks runs from June 11th to July 25th. The time commitment is 1 hour per week and we ask volunteers to commit to a minimum of 4 times throughout the six week period, though you can volunteer more if you would like. Sitting on a blanket under a tree in a park in the summer reading with a child is a great way to spend your lunch hour.
