The Ecology Center's Healthy Food in Health Care program is partnering with The Humane Society to host Food Forward—an opportunity for food service professionals to discover new strategies for incorporating healthy menu options.
Learn about the health, sustainability, and financial benefits of adding more meat-free meals into your menu from experts in the field. Event includes exciting presentations, panel discussions, a cooking demo and more. It also includes a complimentary lunch.

Did you know? Meat-free eating is getting a lot of attention these days, with fifty-seven percent of Americans saying that they’re focusing more on plant-based foods. The event is FREE and includes:
