About On-going Opportunities

Eckley Miners’ Village has exciting opportunities year round for volunteers of all ages. Eckley is a historical site located in Luzerne County near Freeland and Weatherly Pennsylvania. We interpret the lives of coal miners and their families throughout the anthracite period. Not only do we offer opportunities that are on-going, we also have opportunities for special event volunteering. We do ask that any volunteer under the age of 18 please be accompanied by an adult.
