About SNAP Pilot Program Transportation

East Mississippi's Community College SNAP Pilot program prepares community members for entry into the workforce. This program is going to heavily contribute to improving our community one individual at a time. Classes are held at EMCC Mayhew.

Students may need assistance with transportation from Starkville to Mayhew M-F for drop off at 8 am and pick up at 3:30 pm. Gas cards (*$30/wk*) are given to each participant to assist with transportation costs. This could be a life changing program for many of our students, but they need help to get to campus.

There are two shifts: 7:30-8 am and 3:30-4 pm.

To volunteer, contact Caitlin Ramage at 662-243-1767 or [email protected].
