About Assistant Project Manager

The expectations:
1.Meet with DSFIT2RUN Members determine each leader and clarify specific requirements for each project
2. Delegate tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets
3. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of goals

4. Meet budget and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
5. Develop project plans to be shared with lead members
6. Use and continually develop leadership skills
