About Help Women Help Themselves

The pandemic-induced recession has cost women more jobs than men. The coronavirus-induced recession has primarily hit the service sector, where many low income women are work. What’s more, childcare/caregiving responsibilities have primarily fallen on women. Regrettably Covid 19 has forced us to operate on an abbreviated schedule. We need volunteers to sort the many clothing donations that we receive. And to assist women practice for their interview. Any woman seeking employment or better employment can reach out to us by phone or email to schedule an appointment for services. We know that as our economy moves forward, women will need our Job Preparation services more than ever. We need your support to help us help them.
