Mission: The Downtown Ithaca Children's Center (DICC) provides a creative and culturally diverse environment that fosters the emotional, social and intellectual development of children. Our successes are achieved through family, staff, and community support and collaboration.

DICC provides innovative, affordable education and care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. We respect the value of assuring a caring, diverse, educational and inviting environment for every child, family and staff member. Equity and inclusion are at the forefront of our thinking and planning. Our work and accomplishments positively impact DICC and the Ithaca community at large.
