About Expanding Care in our Community

A call to action. We are looking for volunteers!

For more than two decades, the Downtown Clinic has provided primary and specialty healthcare services to residents and homeless individuals of Albany County, Wyoming. With four full-time employees, five part-time staff members, and over 60 community volunteers, the Downtown Clinic provides free healthcare to over 500 individuals (with no health insurance and at <200% of the Federal Poverty Level) annually and receives nearly 75% of its funding from local sources.

We are currently looking for volunteer providers and volunteers for reception and our on-site dispensary. We are also interested in long-term volunteers interested in providing language interpretation (Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, etc) for medical appointments. If you are interested in volunteering opportunities not listed above, please call 307-745-8445 or email to asstdirector@downtownclinic.org. We would be happy to hear from you!

Thank you, together we will make a difference in our community.

Application Process

Volunteers need to be up to date with their Covid-19 vaccination and PPD Skin tests.
