Hello,

Want to help restore one of New Orleans' historic landmarks? On April 5th The Student Conservation Association and American Eagle Outfitters are hosting a humongous volunteer project to do just that! Awesome, right?

Are you an artist? Are you a conservationist? Are you young and invincible and ready to change the world? If you answered ye
s to any of these questions then we're looking for you.

Join us at the Chalmette National Cemetery on April 5th from 10 AM to 4 PM. Volunteers will work to clean and refrubish Chalmette National Cemetery and its 16,000 gravestones.

For your efforts you shall receive:
an immense sense of pride & satisfaction
a chance to win a trip to one of the many other service projects SCA's leading all over the country

WHO: SCA and American Eagle Outfitters
WHAT: Getting it done at Chalmette National Cemetery--clean and refrubish Chalmette National Cemetery and its 16,000 gravestones​
WHERE: 8606 West St. Bernard Hwy, Chalmette, LA 70043. Enter the park and continue down Chalmete National Cemetery Rd to the visitor center. Park rangers will be on site to assist you with finding a parking sopt and direct you to the registration check-in.
WHEN: April 5th 10am -- 4:00pm
WHY: Because our parks are amazing, and they need our help. Because you are an artist and we are painting a ginomous mural. Because you are cool and you want LUNCH. Because We HeART this city!
