About Become a Crossmen 151!

As Crossmen get ready to kick off the 2017 season, we are thankful for the countless number of volunteers that have helped make this organization a special place to be! “Together, we can make a difference” has been a familiar phrase in the world of volunteering, and the Crossmen organization is no exception. Each year, we rely on volunteers to help Crossmen function at the highest level. Quite simply, we cannot do it without you! Whether it is one month or one day, volunteers are the backbone of non-profit organizations worldwide! Your time, skills, and resources allow corps members to have the experience of a lifetime, and in turn, you build great new friendships with each other, the staff, members and alumni of the corps.

In 2013, we kicked off a volunteering campaign that recognizes the hard work and importance of volunteerism in drum corps and Crossmen. Volunteering for a drum corps is so much more than time and energy. It translates to an unparalleled experience for those 150 members that benefit from your service. You are that 151st member – YOU are a Crossmen “151”
