About Screening Center Volunteer Opportunities -11/18 (Saturday)

Box of Joy is a Christmas program that allows poor children in developing countries the experience and joy of Christmas.
We are looking to bless over 60,000 impoverished children in Haiti, Guatemala , the Dominican Republic, and Nicaragua in 2017. Most of these kids would not receive a Christmas gift this year. Together we will bring them hope and put smiles on their faces.

It’s never too early to get into the spirit and joy of Christmas!

During the month of November, all of the gift boxes that have been packed around the nation are sent to a screening center in South Florida. At this screening center - volunteers screen the boxes for any potential hazardous items, remove the money used for shipping to the destination country and most importantly have fun. This is our MAIN volunteer event, where hundreds of volunteers donate their time and impact the lives of the many poor children who will receive this gift.
