About Screening Center Volunteer Opportunities 11/20 - 11/24 (Weekday)
Box of Joy is a Christmas program that allows poor children in developing countries the experience and joy of Christmas. The gift alone is not just the blessing, but the message of hope and love that a family or individual in the United States cares for them.
During the month of November, all of the Boxes of Joy that have been packed around the nation are sent to The National Screening Center in South Florida. At the Screening Center - volunteers screen the boxes to make sure all gifts are safe and appropriate for kids, prepare them for shipping to the destination country and have lots of fun. This is our MAIN volunteer event, where hundreds of Team Joy members impact the lives of the thousands of poor children who will receive the gifts.
Application Process
Weekday shifts are reserved for groups of 10 or more.
Email Laura Albertini at [email protected] to set up the date and time for you and your group.
