About Art in the Parks Volunteers needed

Art in the Parks is held every summer at various York City Parks. Activities are held this summer on Thursday from 6:30pm-7:30pm and are open to ages 3-12. Volunteers assist kids with creating art, whether is it helping hand out art supplies or talking to them about what they are creating. As of right now, this summer's schedule runs from June 22-July 31. Due to COVID-19 the schedule is subject to change.

If you would like to get more involved with Creative York and our mission to spread creativity throughout York County, please consider volunteering for Art in the Parks. You do not have to commit to the entire 5 week schedule-volunteering for a day, a week or a collection of days is appreciated!

Application Process

If volunteers are over the age of 18 we require background check and child abuse clearances.

Family-Friendly

Parents and children are invited and encouraged to get involved.
