About Art in the Parks Summer Program

Art in the Parks is our free summer art program held at various York City Parks. Activities are free and are open to ages 3-12. Volunteers assist kids with creating art, whether is it helping to hand out art supplies or talking to them about what they are creating. This summer Art in the Parks will be held Monday-Friday from June 24-August 2; 6:30pm-7:30pm.

If you would like to get more involved with Creative York and our mission to spread creativity throughout York County, please consider volunteering for Art in the Parks. You do not have to commit to the entire schedule-volunteering for a day or a collection of days is appreciated!

Application Process

For volunteers 18 and over we require a background check and clearances.
