About Licensed Attorney, LLLT or paralegal who loves to help people
We can design a way for you to help others with your special skills, according to your own schedule. Our cases are civil law like family law, landlord/tenant, wills/estates, contract, real estate, bankruptcy, elder law and re-establishing rights. Generally, volunteers consult and provide advice and counsel, and sometimes take on full representation of cases for client with the biggest need. Often, volunteers work as a coach and teach our clients how to get things done on their own. Attorneys and LLLTs receive MCLE credits for pro bono work in Washington, so that is a big benefit. Also, just helping someone break through the complexity of a legal barrier can really set them on the right path to self-sufficiency. Give us a call if you want to help.
