About With LOVE from Billy

Lori Petch lost her son Billy in September 2022. He died of an overdose of drugs. BUT Billy did not do this. He was held against his will and given a fatal dose of fentanyl deliberately. The suspect has been arrested for a murden of a man in January 2023. An ongoing investigation for Billy's muder continues.
Billy woudl dumpster dive often. He would give the small treasures to his mother and tell her she can sell these items one day to make money. Lori, Billy's mother, did exactly that. All of her creations are items from Billy.
