For 10 years, the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness (CCEH) has supported people struggling with homelessness in the Concord area in their quest for safe, sustainable, housing.
Our belief that every person has value guides the work of our Resource Center on North Main Street. Every day, more than 40 people who are homeless, or at risk of being homeless, are greeted with hospitality and respect.
The Resource Center enables some of our most vulnerable citizens to meet their basic needs, including laundry and a shower, and get connected to other services and resources. Our Housing First program provides permanent housing opportunities, along with rental assistance and intensive caseworker support, to help participants stay stably housed.
CCEH works with community partners and advocates for solutions that actually end homelessness.
The construction this year of an Emergency Winter Shelter behind our Resource Center strengthens and expands our ability to serve those experiencing homelessness with the safe spaces and services they need.
Thank you for any and all support for this important work.
