About Work Ready Program

Supported Work Component

This component helps individuals who are ineligible for SSI but have medical limitations which prevent them from securing full-time employment. The goal is to assist them achieve their highest level of participation in work or work related activities.

Services include but are not limited to:

Applied life skills
Job preparation and readiness
Job search and development
Skills training
Self-sufficiency counseling
Job/work fares
Paid work Experience
Subsidized employment
English as a second language
Remedial education
Parenting for people in the work world
Supervised work experience
