About Columbus Healthy Living Initiative SUN-DAY FUN-DAY Event
The AmeriCorps VISTA Columbus Healthy Living Initiative Sun-day Funday! Children in grades kindergarten through 5th grade will enjoy learning about mental and physical health, healthy eating, reading, safety and more.
Participants will read with Mother Goose, learn to make a healthy snack with Juva Juice, exercise with Ms. Bonnie, learn safety from the Columbus Fire and Police Departments, and more!
This event is FREE, but a parent/guardian 18 years or older must stay with the child throughout the activities. We are looking for volunteers for this event on July 22nd from 10 am-12pm

We need volunteers to help with:
Jumper Station
July 22, 2017 9:45am – 12:00pm
There will be one inflatable jumper. Volunteers will be responsible for monitoring children on the inflatable and helping children on and off inflatable.
Basketball Station
July 22, 2017 9:45am – 12:00pm
Volunteers are needed to engage and look after children playing with balls. Will be outside.
Bathroom Monitors
July 22, 2017 9:45am – 12:00pm
1 Female & 1 Male volunteer needed to monitor children in restrooms.
Miscellaneous Volunteers
July 22, 2017 9:45am – 12:00pm
Volunteers needed to perform miscellaneous duties during the event.
