About Adult and HS Youth Volunteer Orientation

After you attend orientation, a few standard safety and security procedures will follow. As with any hospital employee, new volunteers must undergo a background check, supply medical records confirming that they have a current measles, mumps, Rubella immunization, and take a tuberculosis test. This 2-step skin test is required by regulatory agencies and is given free of charge to volunteer applicants.

Once this process is complete, our Security Department will take your photograph, issue an identification badge and provide a parking permit.
