About PIZZA, Trail Walk and Invasives Removal.

The day starts with a hike on the overlook portion of the new trail system of Ives Road Fen Preserve. Then we will cut and make brush piles of the invasive tree black locust until time for lunch around 12:15 when PIZZA will be served. Tools, gloves, equipment and training will be provided. Bring water and wear sturdy footwear. The events will end at 1 PM.

Meet 0.2 miles south of the intersection of Ives Road and North Raisin Center Highway south of Tecumseh on North Raisin Center Highway, where a Nature Conservancy sign will be posted until 9:00.
