Be the one who solves those tricky What do I do next? questions from Adult Learners who are using the Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing tutorial program. This position also requires vigilance, and a generous spirit. Adults must keep their fingers on the "home row," and the volunteer must be able to praise adults appropriately.
