About CHD Health & Wellness

Health & Wellness (H&W) integrates mental health, substance abuse, and primary care services to produce the most effective approach to caring for people with multiple healthcare needs. H&W volunteers perform duties in the following health-related areas: administrative tasks, educational program development and administration, client support services, and marketing, recruitment and outreach.
