About Volunteers needed: Event planning

Donations of talent and time are as critical to Team Survivor as funds, since we are entirely volunteer-driven.

We are growing rapidly, and seeking passionate, motivated and proactive volunteers to plan our December fundraising event, with support from the volunteer Board of Directors.

If that’s you, we would value any amount of time you’re able to give, whether that’s taking on a lead role in organizing the event or smaller, stand-alone tasks.

We especially need volunteers to:
- Solicit in-kind donations from local businesses for our live action
- Help get the word out on social media and in other ways.

We’d also love to hear any ideas you may have for community outreach and fundraising!

This is a chance to join a group of dedicated, energetic ladies at an exciting time for the organization. We have recently expanded our volunteer base, are in the process of rebranding (it’s been since 1995!), and currently organizing several events to level up community outreach - opportunities abound!
