About One-on-One Tutoring/Mentoring

Cabrini Connections is a one on one tutoring and mentoring program for 7-12th grade at-risk students. Our tutoring site is at the Jesse White Community Center and Field House located at 410 W. Chicago Ave and we meet every Tuesday or Wednesday (depending on schedule) from 6-8pm. You would be paired with the same student for the duration of the school year (we meet when school is in session, so we are off the same holiday breaks as the kids). The students bring whatever homework they have for the day/week and our volunteers help them complete the homework, study for tests, work on projects, etc. Through the relationship that is built on this foundation, natural mentoring takes place.
