About Kids America Day

Thousands of youngsters and their families take advantage of a ‘free’ day during the annual Kids America Day at the Butler Farm Show grounds. Under the direction and leadership of Dr. Stuart Surkosky kids are treated to fun and games. Police, firemen and health care providers give lectures and advice to families. Families can opt to have their youngsters photographed and finger printed by the Pennsylvania State Police. Local restaurants provide lots of food and soft drinks for the gathering. Small rides are provided and fire trucks are on site to the delight of those attending.
