About Mentoring

Brothers Making a Difference is a non-profit organization aimed around giving youth chances to form bonds and make positive connections with each other. Mentors guide the younger generation of Brothers onto positive paths, with the ultimate goal of shaping them into successful young men through various fun and exciting activities. Being a mentor is no easy task, however, it takes a lot of hard work and commitment. When you have somebody looking up to you, faltering is not an option. A mentor must control his own personal forces, and keep them on the right track while continuing to mentor his protégé as well. That being said, I believe being a mentor is one of the most rewarding experiences one can come across in life.
