About Inspire Greatness by being a Coach/Mentor

BYLSA is recruiting young men and women whom has a passion for coaching, educating, and mentoring to lead and inspire our second generation of Elite-Student-Athletes.

Here's an unique opportunity to help HS juniors/seniors and college students to gain valuable community service hours and internship experience. Students whom would love to share their passion and love for sports - working with inner-city youth while sharing the joy of community - giving back. We imagine that this impactful opportunity will be a life changing experience and a great win, win, win, for all parties.

Adopt-A-School Mentoring Program is an After-School based program ran thru the Bridgeport Public School System Monday - Fridays 4-5:30pm facilitated by BYLSA. WE provide after-school sports and mentoring programs for youth in grades 3-8 in six current middle and elementary schools throughout the city with our goals of expanding to every school...thus building an intra-mural program and grow our town in-house program.
REQUIREMENTS:
Be able to drive or be driven to location in Bridgeport
Pass a background (16 and over)
Great work ethic
Likes working with kids
