About Us

BGCCW is a leading youth development organization in Wyoming providing youth K-12 with out-of-school time care in programming centered on members achieving priority outcomes in the areas of Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles, across four counties in Wyoming at 10 Club sites with an 11th to be opened in fall 2021. Additionally, the Club serves Carbon, Converse, Fremont, Johnson, Natrona, and Sheridan counties through its work in elementary financial literacy education.
Clubs are open to all children notwithstanding their academic standing, financial circumstance, or juvenile justice record. In fact, 48% of Club members qualify for Free & Reduced Lunch and 56% receive financial assistance to attend. All youth have the opportunity to participate in programming that will encourage good behavior and discourage delinquency through outreach, education, recognition, opportunities, and positive relationships.
In 2020, BGCCW served 6,973 youth and had 2,608 members. Prior to modifications due to COVID and during a typical year, BGCCW serves around 11,000 youth and more than 3,000 members.
