About 2 Pack A Backpack

On Friday August 16th we will once again team up with WGRZ Channel 2 and Walmart for our annual 2 Pack a Backpack School Supply Drive. Every year, the amount of children in need continues to grow. The items that are donated by companies and individuals help alleviate some of the costs and stress associated with the back to school season for families who may need the extra help. We have volunteer opportunities at Walmart on 8/16 5p-8p and also at our Babcock Clubhouse 8/16 8/17 8/19 8/20 & 8/21 unloading the buses, sorting, packing and distribution.

Assist at collection site

August 16, 2019 5:00pm – 8:00pm
This task is filled or completed
Assist our Boys & Girls Club staff at a local Walmart with collecting school supplies, thanking the donors and packing the bus.

Unloading the Busses

August 16, 2019 9:00pm – 11:00pm
This task is filled or completed
We will have 5 school buses filled with supplies that need to be unloaded and sorted in the gymnasium.
