About Us

Boys & Girls Clubs Of Central Mississippi is a non-profit organization that was founded 1936. Annually, we serve over 2,200 children who spend nearly 750,000 hours at our facilities taking part in our youth development programs. We operate four clubs in Central Mississippi: Capitol Unit, Sykes Unit, Walker Unit, Canton Unit and our camp John I Hay facility near Hazlehurst. We strive to be the organization where our passionate team engages youth in the Club experience that assures success is within reach.

Our Mission Statement: "To inspire and enable all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens."
