About All-Terrain 5K Glow Run Assistance

Do you want to help raise money for the local Boy Scout troop and promote health and wellness?

The purpose of the 1st annual All-Terrain 5K Glow Run is to raise funds for the local Boy Scout council which cultivates leadership in local young people. The event takes place Friday, Nov. 13 at 7:30 pm at Camp Seminole which is about five miles north of Starkville out Hwy 389. The race is at nighttime on a trail and is the only race like it in this area.

Volunteers are needed the evening of Nov. 11 and 12 and the afternoon and evening of Nov. 13 to help make the "medals" each finisher will get (patch on rope), stuff runners' bags, hang glow sticks, organize food, direct parking, direct runners, keep finishers in order, clean-up, etc.
