About Breast Cancer Awareness Day at Starkville Club

The Boys & Girls Club of the Golden Triangle-Starkville Unit will host our first Breast Cancer Awareness program on Friday, October 23rd at 2:15pm. We will have a guest speaker who is a cancer survivor, pink cupcakes, and a balloon release to honor those passed on. I would need volunteers to help distribute cupcakes, fill up balloons with helium, tie streamers or ribbons around them, distribute hand-outs, help with clean up, and help play with the children after the program is over. Application Process

All volunteers who plan on working with our children must complete an application we have at the Club, and have a background check completed. We offer to complete background checks for only $3.
