About Become a Baker!

Apply to become a Volunteer Baker! Match your baking skills and interests with the needs of the Agencies in our community. You will commit to following Texas Cottage Law and maintain a sanitary and clean work environment in your home kitchen, and you will be able to pass a background check (we work with kids in protective custody!). We will coordinate with local Austin agencies to identify their birthday cake needs and offer you lots of chances to pick different baking and delivery options all over town. You'll bake the flavor and decoration the agency has requested (in your own style and skill level), and deliver in disposable packaging - and bring joy to your local community!!
