About Fun Set-Up and Event Volunteers Needed for Fall Festival

Art-Reach seeks volunteers to assist with set up and facilitation of the upcoming Art-Reach Fall Festival! The event returns to Philadelphia’s picturesque West Fairmount Park on Sunday, October 4, 2015, from 12-4pm. Duties will include everything that goes into making the Fall Festival a success: set up, check-in, selling raffle tickets, leading activities, greeting guests, breakdown, clean up and more.

Hosted on the grounds of the Historic Ridgeland Mansion in West Fairmount Park

12:00pm-4:00pm
Features: live music, food and drink, art-making activities, games for the whole family, and more.
All ages, abilities and backgrounds welcome.

Shift Options
Set Up: 7:00am – 11:00pm
-All morning shift volunteers will be provided breakfast and complimentary entry into the Fall Festival raffle.

Event Staff: 11:00am – 5:00pm
-All afternoon shift volunteers will be provided breakfast and lunch

Volunteer Orientation
Art-Reach will host volunteers new and old at their Center City office on Wednesday, September 16th from 5:30-6:30pm for a brief orientation to review roles and responsibilities. Orientation is not mandatory but is highly recommended. If you are unable to attend orientation don’t worry! All relevant materials will be sent to the full group, and reiterated on the morning of the event.
