About Outreach Administrative Assistance

Any Baby Can is requesting volunteers to review our Outreach Contact list and update names, email addresses, and phone numbers to ensure we have an accurate contact list to have a successful outreach campaign. This will involve inputting contacts into a shared excel sheet and ensuring that current contacts are accurate.

Any Baby Can uses this information to increase our referrals from other organizations, meaning we are able to serve more people! It's incredibly important that we have up-to-date information to reach as many organizations as possible.

This volunteer must be proficient at Microsoft Excel and have a completed confidentiality form as they will be seeing the contact information of many of our organization partners.
