About Childcare Volunteers

When you join the Any Baby Can Volunteer Team, you share in our belief that all children deserve the chance to be healthy and happy.

Volunteer Opportunity: We are in need of volunteers who are interested in working with children ranging in ages from infant to 10 years of age on Wednesday evenings while parents attend Any Baby Can’s Parenting classes. Volunteers have the opportunity to work alongside other volunteers helping to engage children in activities such as reading, arts & crafts, and active play that promote their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Time Commitment
• January 30, 2019 through May 15, 2019
• Wednesday evenings 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Commit to at least 3 Wednesdays out of the series

Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum 12 years of age volunteering with a parent or guardian
• Pass a background check ( 18 years or older)
• Love working with children. Childcare or education experience is a plus!

Who we are: Any Baby Can is a Central Texas nonprofit that partners with parents, so children can reach their full potential. Our team of social workers, therapists, nurses, educators and case managers provide hope and stability for families. We meet clients where they are -- at home, work or school -- and help address challenges, including navigating medical, educational and financial obstacles.
