About World Glaucoma Day March for Sight
This year's March for Sight for World Glaucoma Week takes place on Saturday March 7th, from the Lions Den PRECEDED this year by a B-I-G (Beat Invisible Glaucoma) Breakfast by our partners, the Antigua/Barbuda SICKLE CELL ASSOCIATION outside the CMC (Central Marketing Corporation) from 6:30 am until the last meal is served.
Join the AUA Glaucoma Awareness Group and help carry the banner. T-Shirts are provided free of charge for AUA students, faculty & staff, and they can be collected on Saturday from Dr. Sri at the Lion's Den. A bus to the Lion's Den leaves AUA at 9am sharp, the march commences at 9:30am from the Den and proceeds ACROSS INDEPENDENCE AVE, DOWN VIVIAN RICHARDS ST, RIGHT ON MARKET ST WHERE BREAKFASTS WILL BE ON SALE AT CMC , RIGHT ON NEW GATE STREET AND BACK TO THE LIONS DEN. Breakfasts are $15 EC.
