About St. John's Lutheran Church Health Day 2017
Health Day 2017 will provide screening for diabetes, elevated cholesterol, glaucoma, hypertension, vision problems and obesity. This year we will also provide knee joint screening for arthritis in relation to obesity and metabolic syndrome. We will provide education on the above conditions along with guidance towards lifestyle change. ONLY MED 3 VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED.
Transportation to and from the venue as well as refreshments will be provided for all volunteers.

MED 3 STUDENTS ONLY!
YOU MUST CHOOSE ONE (1) TASK (there are 12 tasks for you to choose from).
ENSURE THAT YOUR PROFILE HAS AN AUA EMAIL ADDRESS. PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH TASK IS DIVIDED INTO MORNING AND AFTERNOON SHIFTS.
Ensure that you do not sign up as Staff or Faculty. If you do not follow these instructions you will be removed from the signup
