About Prostate Cancer Screening
This event is organized by the Antigua Lions Club in association with Dr. Dwayne ‘Baba’ Thwaites. and will take place at the Lion's Den in St. John's Antigua on Saturday August 13th commencing at 8am. The target population is men 40 or older; a total of 300 men are expected to attend. All volunteers are asked to attend a mandatory orientation session on Friday August 12th at 12pm in Conference Room B in Wing B. Transportation will be available from campus at 7:45am and at 10am for the 2 shifts and will return volunteers to campus at 10:30am and 1pm.
Application Process
Select the station 'Student Volunteers" (Early or Late Shift) if you're a student and "Faculty Volunteer" if you're AUA Faculty. Volunteers are required to wear lab coats over semi-casual dress and must bring along a BP cuff and stethoscope.
