About 2019 Rotary Club Pediatric Health Village
The Rotary Sundown Club of Antigua is hosting their annual Pediatric Health Village on Saturday August 31st at the TN Kirnon Primary School from 9am to 1pm. The purpose of the event is to offer free health screenings to children between the ages of 4-19 years old. Screenings will include vision, dental, BMI, blood glucose and blood pressure. Healthy lifestyle presentations, diet and nutrition demos and consultations will also be offered. There will be fun activities including games, bounce castle and face painting to keep the children entertained during the event and refreshments will also be available.
35 AUA students are needed to volunteer from 9am until 1pm to assist local physicians with the screening process. Students are required to register as a volunteer by choosing the task STUDENT VOLUNTEER.
