About Call Center Volunteer

A Call Center Volunteer aids in the retention of volunteers by assisting in the completion of 30- and 120-day retention surveys. This requires a commitment of 2-4 daytime hours at the chapter office.

The American Red Cross of Southwest Michigan is currently seeking 2 Call Center Volunteers.

Application Process

Apply to volunteer with the Red Cross at the following link: http://rdcrss.org/1jwIkp1 Then, enter your zip code, and when the next page appears, click “Michigan Region.” From there, choose “Prospective Adult Volunteer” (Or youth, if appropriate). Then, you can enter your personal information to apply to volunteer. You have the option of registering a facebook page at that point. Concurrently, you will need to consent to a background check. When all that's completed, we'll call you for an intake interview, and place you in the need of ours that fits your interests and skills best!
