About Donate Blood at a local blood drive

We need volunteers to help those who need lifesaving blood. We’re requiring advance donation appointments to help enforce social distancing, and we’re checking the temperatures of donors and workers prior to entry. To also help keep people at drives safe, donors and workers must wear face masks or coverings and are encouraged to use hand sanitizer before and during the appointment.
We are coordinating with the FDA and blood industry partners to collect plasma from individuals who are fully recovered from COVID-19 to help with treatment for the most seriously ill patients.
