Support Red Cross mission
Deliver information pertaining to Red Cross services and answer questions in public forums such as deployment briefings, Family Readiness meetings, welcome briefings, with an audience size varying from small to very large numbers
Deliver information pertaining to Red Cross services and answer questions in a more "face to face" format such as community and deployment fairs
Provide appropriate referrals
Report number of people attending event to ARC SAFstaff
Maintain a briefing bag with all necessary items
Maintain professionalism and conduct as stated in Red Cross policy
Ensure that volunteer hours are tracked per Red Cross policy
