About Community Events and Parades Volunteer-Meridian

Volunteer to promote American Red Cross at various events and parades. Typical events would include festivals, helth fairs, job fairs, community events, and parades.

Time Commitment:
As needed. Events are often arranged on short notice in response to local, national and international disasters.

Qualifications:

Positive Customer Service Attitude

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

This takes you directly to the Volunteer Application page found on the Red Cross website. Completion of the application consists of registering for orientation, reading and agreeing to the code of conducts and policies of the Red Cross, and completion a background check.
