About Harrison County Heart Ball
The Harrison County Heart Ball will be held on Saturday April 23rd in Biloxi. We are looking for about 10-15 volunteers Friday, April 22nd to help setup from 8am-till. Lunch will be provided. No heavy lifting.
We will also need about 10-15 volunteers to help with the event on Saturday, April 23rd from 4:30pm-10:30pm. Volunteers will help at registration & with our silent auction.

We need volunteers to help with:
Setup - Day before event
April 22, 2016 8:00am – 6:00pm
Volunteers are needed to help set up the day before event. Duties may include placing seat covers on chairs, table clothes on tables, hanging banners, placing signs, etc. No heavy lifting.

April 23, 2016 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Volunteers are needed to help guests register upon arrival.

April 23, 2016 5:00pm – 11:00pm
Volunteers needed to guide guests through the auction, coordinate gifts & record results.
