About Step Out Walk to Stop Diabetes 2012

Join Together with Mayor Callahan and hundreds of local volunteers committed to stopping diabetes on the morning of October 13, 2012. Walkers can earn incentives, $100 T-shirt, $250 long sleeved, $500 Sweatshirt all prizes are cumulative. Teams or individuals will be able to purchase a route sign in memory of someone they may have lost or in honor. Pre-walk activities will include vendors, kids’ games, face painting and much more.

After a fun kickoff and warm-up, everyone will walk through South Bethlehem. The event concludes with lunch from Applebee's. There will also be many activities open to the public at the SteelStacks campus. The Step Out event is a wonderful, inspiring way to spend a beautiful fall morning in the Lehigh Valley.
