About Relay For Life of Ole Miss

Ole Miss is looking for volunteers to help benefit the American Cancer Society annual community wide event, Relay For Life. The night consist of teams walking around a track to support friends and family members who have been affected by cancer. The first lap is taken by cancer survivors and their caregivers, they are also recognized with a special dinner. A luminary ceremony is also dedicated to those affected by cancer and those who has lost their battle to this disease. Each team sets up a themed campsite at the event and continues their fundraising efforts by collecting donations for food, goods, games, and activities.

By selflessly devoting your time and energy through raising awareness and money, you become the voice of the American Cancer Society in your community. It's a big job. And its not one that we take for granted. So we ask you to join us by helping fulfill our mission to save lives and celebrate life. Every day.
